Due to the past absence of general nutritional standards, for the first time in history, a large portion of an entire generation of parents will find themselves burying their own children (ââ¬Å"Overweight in Childrenâ⬠). With the rise of saturated fats and indecipherable additives came the gradual tick of years dropping off of the average life expectancy. In recent years, the importance of nutrition and health, along with the means of attaining this healthy lifestyle has become more prevalent in society.
